was having dinner with syg's family at royal plaza, carousel..
and we ran into anuar zain!!!
i actually had a 10 minute conversation with him
while waiting for them to get the camera.

he is so polite and humble..
but then again,
no choice right?
hehehe.
if he didnt entertain us,
we would have said he sombong
but i must seriously say
he is a very nice guy..
and handsome too!!!

hehe..
to celebrate our 3rd year
we decided to go to sentosa!!!
couldnt go on our anniversary itself,
cos syg had to work
so we went yesterday..
and we had a superlicious great time..
ok.. this post going to be full of pictures
and its not even all the pictures i took seh.
alright.. let the pictures do the talking...
hehe..
 ok.. say.. the beatles! hehe. while waiting for the monorail...
 first stop of the day. FORT SILOSO TOURS. always wanted to go and since its include in the choice package.. aper lagi kan. hehe.
 haha. inside the many exhibits that they showed.  the cannons.. there's a lot of them.  inside the battery command post. quite eerie. and the figurines look real ar.
 i forgot what this is called. but kinda cool huh.  at the southern most part of sentosa.. to get here, we had to go through the tunnels which again is super scary to me. and it was like only 12 plus but still can feel the shivers...
 the view.. beautiful huh. and the tour guide said that the view here is one of the attractions of the tour. and when i reached there, i knew why. so serene...
 this is the place where the british surrendered to the japanese.. again, it looked real. i think at night it would be worse?!  the fort siloso bus that we took around. cute right? hehe. and the photo was taken by the bus driver. so nice of him to help us..
 so.. this one my favourite. got to take the open deck bus! so cool ah. the wind blowing through. very enjoyable ride.. i like. hehe. so after the fort siloso tours, we were off to visit THE MERLION!!
 okay.. this one was taken at the basement of the merlion. see the visual effects on my shoes.. cool huh. by the way, i made the shoes myself! hehe.

 this view taken at the mouth of the merlion.  next stop: the luge ride!!! yeah!  with our helmets. all raring to go!  and after the race.. it was time for the peaceful and relaxing sky ride.  the sign says it all.. 4D magix.  first in line... hehe. it was very entertaining. a pirate show. and i was suprised that the water was real. as in they splashed real water to us! haha. cool.
 after all the running here and there, the crazy luge ride and all, it was time to relax. and what better way then to take the carlsberg sky tower.. so here we are sitting down waiting to go up.

 but of course.. its me! haha. feeling real happy. haha.
hhmmm.. there's still a lot of photos that i took. but i think this is enough. hehe. all in all, we really had an enjoyable time. and it was a great way to celebrate our 3rd year. hopefully there will be many more years to come... hehehe. so... syg, when's our next visit? hehe. |

didnt have school on wednesday and yesterday..
wee!!!

had a date with syg yesterday..
guess where we went???

yes!
we went to the airport!!!
hahaha.
went to explore t3.
and everything smells and looks new..
haha.
like duh?!
reached there at about 11 am..
went sightseeing..
see planes arriving and so on.
cool..
i so cannot wait to board a plane seh.
hahaha.
had a mini scare actually.
realised that my bracelet had dropped...
the first gift he gave me.
was about to cry until he found it on a cleaner's trolley.
hehe.
so grateful seh.
and so i decided..
im not wearing it until we find a way to tighten it.
hehe.

went to suntec to watch american gangster.

but i find the first part a bit boring and draggy.

so today.
had two lectures.
tourism module and qualilative module.
the tourism lecture so funny dah
but i think it will be a taxing module...
group project over 8 weeks?
crazy seh..
oh well.. i can only hope for the best.
and as for qualilative, the lecturer never change.
still sticking to his ohp.
haha.
but i like his style of teaching anyway.
so let's hope that my last semester will be a good one.
and i went for the career fair at suntec.
a waste of time in my opinion.
the people there like not interseted to talk to me and my friends.
i think they think we are not serious.
one of them even looked down on us
by saying are we o levels or poly students.
and the shock on his face priceless seh
whenm he found out we were degree holders.
crap.
a degree is not worth that much nowadays
but we did work hard for it seh.
and suddenly i dun feel optimistic..
what am i going to do seh after i grad?
haiz... its going to be one tough and rough period seh.
ok.
shall not dwell on it.
i just have to hope and work hard.
glad that the weekend has arrived.
feeling tired today.

yesterday was the first day back at school..
had 2 lectures..
10-12 and 5.30-8!
and so if you do the maths,
i have 5 and a half hours free!
and since yesterday was the first day,
lectures ended early
and yours truly was free from 11 to 5.30..
so what did she do?
she went to watch a movie with win..
hahaha.
went to jp for lunch and watched body#19..
scary, gore and horror all rolled into one.
and we were like covering our eyes
with sweater, hands and all that..
haha.
i think i cannot make it.
easily scared.
no hope.
hahaha..
and when we finished watching the movie,
it was raining so heavily.
got back to schooi with an hour to spare
before the next lecture starts..
bought a tshirt at science.
yes.
see, people go school buy books,
we go school buy tshirts?!
hahaha.
so it was only the first day
and already we watched a movie and bought tshirts.
oh well..
its the last sem!
i so cannot believe it..
and i feel old seh..

its tuesday today..
at home now..
going to school later.
have a lecture at 4..
ya, 4!
so late right?
oh well..
i feel a bit sick today..
a bit of blocked nose.

hola!!!
the past few days were very memorable..
i went for the radio academy
and now i am proudly a graduate of it!
haha..
met a lot of interesting people
over the past few days..
and i enjoyed the course
learnt a whole lot of new things...
and most importantly,
it was really a great experience!
i love the studio tours..
kinda cool..
got to meet jean danker, shan wee, daniel ong
and some other djs..
well, i even managed to see some actresses.. haha
its so cool..
maybe one day i will get to work with them..
who knows right?
hahaha..
ya..for now, i will just dream on.
hehe.

 one more!  thats the file we got.. and more people joining in! on thursday, celebrated syg's birthday in advance.. his birthday tomorrow but since he cant get off we had to celebrate it on thursday. went to carousel for their lunch buffet. first time there after their renovation completed. and the food not bad.. i prefer their local dishes then the western.. and they had chocolate fondue! hahaha.. had a great time as usual..
 the local food.. looks good right? haha.  western... not bad but like i said i prefer their local food...  but of course... its us! haha. |

well, well, well...
its the first post of 2008.
heh.
hhmmm
went for a haircut and its really bad.
i shd have gone back to kimage
but being fickle,
i decided to have a change
and so i went to this salon at je.
i forgot what its name ar
anyway, anyhow,
i think the haircut is bad.
and so the verdict is
im so no longer going back there
and its back to kimage the next time.
had a great time with syg yesterday.
we decided to have lunch at a new place.
mad jack cafe at bukit timah.
not nice and i think its kinda expensive.
not worth it so its out...
and syg bought me a sweater and sunglasses!
k, i dont know abt the sunglasses.
he was bent on buying it.
i told him its a girls one
and he said yah, i know..
you wear it.
and i was like, eh, its so big and its red seh.
haha..
but i kinda like it also lah.
only that i think its super big
i seem to be feeling the joy of being splurged on.
hahaha..
k, no more splurging syg.
a bit only k. heh.
when i got home, had to get ready to go out again.
this time its a bbq party at downtown east
with my mum's colleagues..
wah, these nurses cool.
hahaha.
and i won a teddy bear!!!
heh.
tiring seh..
school is starting soon.
and the craziness of the bidding system has started.
im hoping i get the modules that i want.
its the last time im bidding.
heh.
so please let it be easy for me.
